^®claryl: What got you involved in photography?

K.R.: My camera :-)
I wanted to put something on eBay and this required me to add a photo. This is why I ended up getting my first cheap camera.
The camera was perfectly adequate for taking photos for eBay. I got more and more pleasure out of taking photos but then I realized that my current camera had reached its limits.
This was why I decided that I would now get myself a single-lens reflex camera.

^®claryl: What motivated you to send in your picture?

K.R.: I read about the ^®claryl photo competition on the Internet and I sent in a photo. "My feeling of spring" simply reflected my mood. I think the photo was taken about 20 minutes beforehand.

^®claryl: Why did you choose the image which you sent in to reflect the theme of "My feeling of spring"?

K.R.: I felt "very much at home" at the place where the photo was taken. As I said, it simply reflected my mood.

^®claryl: Which picture will you have framed?

K.R.: A picture of my cat. She has been by my side for almost 17 years. I would not want to miss a single day, a single minute, a single second with her.
